We have four core pograms - Leadership in Action, Leadership Foundations, Advanced Leadership and Strategic Leaders. Which one will best suit your organisation depends on what you are looking for. Leadership in Action
Leadership is so complex today, particularly at the higher levels, that ‘gut feel’ is not enough any more. Cape York Strategic Leaders Programs
Our Cape York Strategic Leaders program is a bit different to our other, more general, programs. It grew out of the Queensland Government’s Cape York Justice Strategy as a way of improving community relations in Queensland’s northern-most region. It is a targeted program in which local people meet, develop their leadership skills, and work on community development through leadership. » more

Leadership Foundations Programs
Managing performance has never been harder, with many people in organisations facing constant change and lacking clear direction. The Leadership Foundations program tackles these problems head on by challenging each participant to look closely at their leadership style.
