Targeting leadership in communities is a very strategic intervention which can produce extroardinary outcomes for communities and their leaders. What we do is get the main stakeholders together and challenge them to look at themselves and work with each other to improve their community over time. Our Strategic Leaders program grew out of a consultancy in which we were asked to devise a tailored program for Aboriginal communities in Cape York.
