Once we have come to you we look at how your organisation works, and what people could be doing to improve things. We then design and deliver workshops that fit right in, using examples from people's daily experience. Before the workshops we usually talk to each person alone so they know what to expect. Typically, morning workshops are for learning new things, and afternoon workshops allow people to reflect of what they've learned and use this to develop new norms of interaction at work. The workshops are intense, as we don't ‘beat about the bush'.
